Dave has been certified by the National Animal Control Association and has owned dogs his entire life. His prior positions in the nuclear field required meticulous attention to detail in order to maintain the highest quality control. He is an animal lover and currently lives with his two dogs: Misty, an Australian Shepherd. and an adopted Beagle, Snoopy

Planet Doggiewood was founded in 2007 by Dave Ancel, Norm & Cindy Martel. Norm & Cindy have since opened "Wags 'n' Whiskers", which is located on the Southside/Ohatchee town line and features services that round off the bunch like portraits, pooper scooping and more.
